Sprint Digital, headquartered in Oakville, Canada, is a full-service creative agency that partners with brands across North America to deliver impactful marketing, branding, and digital solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Karachi. This is an onsite position based in our office located in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. The role operates during night shift hours, aligning with North American client schedules.

Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between clients and our internal teams. This is not a sales or upselling role. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of how creative and advertising agencies operate, with experience managing projects and relationships in such environments. You will be responsible for translating client objectives into actionable plans, ensuring internal teams deliver high-quality work aligned with expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into internal briefs and oversee the full execution lifecycle.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, content, and production teams to deliver integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, updates, and insights to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and consistent delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an account management or client services role within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Deep understanding of creative workflows and advertising campaign structures is essential.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and client expectations under pressure.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly from North America, is preferred but not essential.

Important Notes

• This is a full-time, onsite position at our Karachi office located in DHA Phase 6.
• Working hours are 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
• Only candidates with experience in advertising or marketing agencies will be considered.
• Candidates with experience limited to software houses or purely technical services will not be shortlisted.
