We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads with measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop performance-driven strategies for services, B2B, and eCommerce industries.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets, and deliver high ROI.
• Create and manage ad creatives, audience targeting, and funnels.
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Proven success in services, B2B, and eCommerce ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Must have a portfolio with proven records/results.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and strategies.
