Job Summary

This role will be responsible for driving strategic growth of the Priority Banking business through the acquisition, retention, and deepening of relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients. The incumbent will lead portfolio expansion, enhance customer experience, deliver sustainable revenue growth across banking and wealth products, and ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth of the Priority Banking portfolio through acquisition, retention, and deepening of relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Deliver sustainable growth in liabilities (CASA), deposits, investments, wealth management solutions, and overall portfolio profitability.
Develop and execute client acquisition and relationship strategies to attract emerging affluent and private banking clients.
Increase customer wallet share by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the bank's product portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their financial and wealth management needs.
Champion exceptional client experience through proactive relationship management and tailored financial solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for business growth and service enhancement.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management standards, governance frameworks, and internal policies.
Drive operational excellence and portfolio performance through disciplined business management and performance monitoring.

Skills And Experience

Extensive experience in Priority Banking, Affluent Banking, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking sales leadership.
Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client portfolios and delivering revenue targets.
Strong expertise in Wealth Management, investments, deposits, liabilities, and financial advisory solutions.
Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Excellent relationship management, business development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive portfolio profitability.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Professional certifications in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Investments, or Banking will be an added advantage.
10+ years of relevant banking experience, including significant exposure to Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Affluent Banking, or Sales leadership roles.
