📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispatcher (DAT Pricing Coordinator) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the U.S. trucking market and the ability to generate business through DAT Load Board.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage DAT Load Board activities.
- Generate business and secure loads through DAT.
- Analyze market rates and provide competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with carriers and customers for efficient load coverage.
- Negotiate rates and maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth dispatch operations.

Requirements:

✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in U.S. trucking dispatch or logistics operations.
✔ Strong knowledge of DAT Load Board and market pricing.
✔ Ability to generate business through DAT.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
