Handle and resolve all queries and complaints related to dispatch for the sales team.- Plan and schedule deliveries for credit-cleared orders from designated supply locations.
- Optimize logistics resources through effective planning and scheduling.
- Generate invoices and perform STO operations in SAP efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with supply points to ensure product delivery aligns with the agreed centralized order-taking procedure.
- Maintain proper records and traceability for orders, invoice cancellations, and product returns.
- Circulate relevant reports, including clear orders lists, scheduling, and daily dispatch reports to all concerned parties.
- Monitor stock positions at assigned depots and inform the line manager of any potential stock-out situations.
- Generate daily Fuel and Lubricant invoices for COCO sites in SAP.
