Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Karachi Experience: Minimum 2 years Job Level: Intermediate

Job Description: Baitussalam Welfare Trust is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online marketplace platforms and storefronts
• Handle product listings, descriptions, and updates
• Process and track customer orders end-to-end
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
• Monitor product performance and marketplace metrics
• Handle customer queries related to orders and listings
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operational activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with online marketplace management, product listings, and order processing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple listings/orders simultaneously

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
