Female E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a Female E-commerce Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and take orders via WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Create and print shipping labels through the TCS Portal.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Communicate with courier companies regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment updates.
• Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, dispatch, and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate order records and update customers when required.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and online order management is preferred.
• Familiarity with the TCS Portal is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Responsible, organized, and customer-focused.

Location: Balad Trade Center Bahadurabad Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Timing: 10:00 to 7;00 pm

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
