About the Company DigixSoft / D Soft is a creative design company specializing in custom embroidery digitizing, vector art, and patches for clothing and apparel. We work with clients internationally, handling their design orders and requirements entirely through online chat.

The Role We're looking for a motivated E-Sales Executive to join our night shift team. This is a 100% chat-based sales role, no voice calls required. You'll connect with clients through live chat, understand their design needs, close orders, and build strong customer relationships.

Perfect for fresh graduates and students wanting to launch a career in online sales, digital sales, or chat support. No experience needed — just the right attitude and a sales-driven mindset.

What We Offer

• Salary: Rs. 15,000/month
• Fuel Allowance: Rs. 3,000/month

Shift & Schedule

• Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift only)
• Saturdays: alternate working days
• Sundays: off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client queries via live chat (no calls)
• Promote our design services (embroidery, vector art, patches) through chat
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain professional, friendly communication
• Follow sales scripts and chat guidelines
• Keep customer data and chat records updated
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Good English typing and written communication
• Interest in online sales / chat sales / e-commerce
• Able to commit to night shift consistently
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with convincing ability
