Engine Parts Data Management Executive

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engine Parts Data Management Executive to join our team in Karachi within the automotive and engine parts industry. This role focuses on managing and organizing engine parts data to ensure accuracy and consistency within the companys inventory and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and be comfortable using inventory management and ERP software. Managing a small team of one person, the executive will play a key role in maintaining product information, coordinating supplier interactions, and streamlining data operations to support efficient business processes. This position is suited for individuals who are passionate about working with data and neural to the automotive industry, whether they have direct experience or possess exceptional analytical skills and an eagerness to learn. The executive will be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate part numbers, creating precise product descriptions, managing purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring the entire data set remains complete and error-free. Proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role and contribute meaningfully to the companys inventory control and purchasing functions.
Responsibilities
 

• Maintain and update accurate engine parts data, including part numbers, descriptions, and cross-references for suitable alternatives to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Develop and write clear, precise, and detailed product descriptions for all engine parts to facilitate easy identification and tracking.
• Create purchase orders and manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Track and reconcile missing items, pending invoices, and credit notes to maintain financial and stock accuracy.
• Ensure complete data accuracy and consistency in ERP and inventory management software through regular audits and verification.
• Support inventory control activities by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead and supervise a small team member to achieve data management objectives and maintain high standards of data quality.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables, and complex formulas for data analysis, reporting, and validation.
• Continuously improve data entry processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce the likelihood of errors.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain departments to align data management with operational requirements and supplier performance.
• Adapt quickly to new software tools and industry changes, demonstrating a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
