Job Description

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive Officer - Relationship Manager to oversee corporate benefits operations within the Retail Health segment. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of relevant experience and excels in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement. This role focuses on maintaining and strengthening professional relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence through effective communication, data analysis, and risk management. The incumbent does not manage a team but works collaboratively across departments to align project goals with organizational objectives and client needs. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating workflow across multiple functions, monitoring business relationships, and delivering insightful performance reports. The position demands strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration. Emphasis is placed on proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement of service delivery through managing communication strategies and technology implementation that support corporate benefit processes efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage stakeholder coordination to support seamless operations within the Retail Health segment.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis and prepare performance reports that identify trends affecting corporate benefits operations.
  • Oversee workflow and processes across various departments to enhance operational efficiency and communication.
  • Monitor client business relationships closely, addressing issues proactively to resolve concerns swiftly.
  • Design and implement communication management plans and streamlined workflows to improve information flow.
  • Perform risk analysis related to corporate benefits operations to identify and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Use analytical thinking and problem-solving to detect operational gaps and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ensure clear and professional verbal and written communication in all client and internal correspondence.
  • Coordinate project activities with stakeholders to align objectives with client expectations and company goals.
  • Apply interpersonal and relationship-building skills to build trust and foster collaboration among clients and team members.
  • Perform performance evaluations and analyze trends in client data to drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality output.
  • Support the rollout and use of communication tools and technology to enhance client engagement and internal information sharing.
