Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, and possesses strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components. With four to five years of relevant sales experience, this role requires the ability to develop effective sales strategies, manage multiple clients, and deliver persuasive presentations that address customer needs. This position focuses on business-to-business sales and demands strong communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets. The HVAC Sales Manager plays a vital role in understanding client requirements and creating tailored solutions to meet the demands of diverse industries. While this position does not involve managing a team, it requires taking initiative, coordinating with various departments internally, and managing several projects simultaneously. The candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability to operate effectively in a competitive sales environment. Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote HVAC systems and components within target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with B2B clients by understanding their specific HVAC needs.
  • Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively to prospective clients, adapting presentations to their industry and requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide accurate product information and customized solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support for clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using company CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance product knowledge and expand professional contacts.
