Experienced Salesperson – Clothing Brand

We are seeking an experienced and professional salesperson to join our established clothing brand. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fashion retail and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires someone who can deliver a premium shopping experience by understanding customer needs and providing expert guidance on clothing selections. The successful candidate will be motivated to meet sales targets and contribute positively to our brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate clothing and products.
- Provide detailed information on designs, sizes, colors, fabrics, and other product features.
- Consistently achieve daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, product requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Assist with billing, stock coordination, and other daily store operations.
- Stay informed about new collections, promotions, and product availability.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positively represent the brand at all times.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in clothing, fashion retail, boutiques, or well-known apparel brands.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Good knowledge of clothing, fashion trends, and customer preferences.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and busy seasonal periods.

Location and Work Schedule

This position is based at Tariq Road, opposite Rabi Center, Karachi. The working hours are from 12 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. The role requires in-person attendance and flexibility to work during peak times.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
