International Lead Generation Executive

Propstar Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International Lead Generation Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting overall business growth through strategic prospecting and market research. This position demands strong communication, research, and organizational skills, along with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients using various online platforms and prospecting tools.
- Generate and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria.
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating high-quality leads.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Monitor lead generation performance and suggest process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
