Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring an Export Lead for a prestigious client in the Frozen Food Manufacturing Sector.
Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Qualification: BBA / MBA (Business, International Trade, or related field)
Experience: 5–10 years in Frozen Food Exports
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in frozen food exports and international markets
• Strong exposure to Middle East, Africa, Europe, or other global regions
• In-depth understanding of export compliance, logistics, and trade documentation
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Commercially driven with focus on revenue growth and market expansion
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute export strategy to drive international growth
• Identify and penetrate new global markets for frozen food products
• Manage overseas distributors, agents, and key accounts
• Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
• Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and export regulations
• Oversee export documentation, certifications, and shipping processes
• Ensure timely cold-chain deliveries in coordination with Supply Chain and Production
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand
• Achieve export revenue, volume, and profitability targets
