Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Worker role based in Gulshan Town. The Factory Worker will support daily production activities, including operating machinery under supervision, monitoring production lines, and handling materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include following safety and quality procedures, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and reporting any equipment issues to supervisors. The role also involves working as part of a team to meet production targets, conducting basic quality checks, and accurately following instructions and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
 

• Ability to follow production processes, standard operating procedures, and basic quality control checks.
• Comfort with operating or assisting with basic factory machinery and tools, with attention to safety guidelines.
• Strong focus on workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading instructions, labels, and recording production data.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Team-oriented attitude, reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or consumer products production is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
