Tiyaaz Industries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DAE Mechanical/Assembly Machine operator to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses on operating pen assembly machines and handling molding and assembly processes. The ideal candidate possesses foundational mechanical assembly knowledge with a keen eye for quality and safety, ready to contribute to efficient production workflows. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to apply and expand their skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

The role involves working closely with mechanical assembly techniques and machine operation while adhering to strict safety standards and quality inspection protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting molding and assembly activities, ensuring smooth machine operation, and maintaining product quality. Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance with safety and operational guidelines are essential to thrive in this role. This position does not involve managing a team but requires effective collaboration with colleagues to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

 

• Operate pen assembly and molding machines efficiently and safely according to company standards.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks using established techniques to ensure high-quality product output.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to detect defects or inconsistencies and report findings promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Handle tools and equipment properly, ensuring their readiness and maintenance as per operational requirements.
• Assist in material handling to support continuous production flow, including loading and unloading components.
• Apply basic welding techniques as necessary to support assembly processes.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of machine operation and maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to supervisors.
