Manufacturing Supervisor

We are looking for Manufacturing Supervisor to supervise the Gelatin solution preparation (melting, material mixing and color preparation) and Capsule manufacturing process in a Hard Gelatin Capsule manufacturing plant. The role is 70% on supervising the operators and 30% documentation in production manufacturing zone. Role will be reporting to Head of Production.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and control operators in Hard Gelatin Capsule production area including Gelatin Melting, Color preparation, distribution to capsule manufacturing areas and capsule manufacturing machine operation in compliance to Safety and GMP mandatory requirements.

• Implement manufacturing area plans and track the output.

• Implement BMRs and SOPs and standard works.

Qualifications:

•Candidate must hold Bachelor degree in Science - Pharm D (Preferred)

Required Skills

•Minimum 5 year Experience of Supervising Manufacturing Operations in a section in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG/Food Industry.

•Competent in measurement and recording of materials, manufacturing as per BMR, prepare and implement Manufacturing methods and Process flows

•GMP principles.

•Effective communication and dealing with floor staff.
