Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, presenting software solutions, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
  • Present and demonstrate SaaS products to potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve customer experience.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Previous 1-2 years experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or software sales is preferred.
  • Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand SaaS products and explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
  • Confidence in client meetings and product demos.

  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Adaptability to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based software solutions is a plus.
