Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Karachi. The Telesales Executive will engage prospective clients through outbound calls, generate leads, and follow up to convert leads into customers. Responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, managing customer support interactions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential customers and manage professional conversations
• Proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques to identify and convert opportunities
• Experience in customer service and customer support to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Prior experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage
