Sprout Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our new B2B software product targeting businesses across Karachi. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable reaching prospects through multiple channels such as phone, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person visits. As this position does not involve team management, the focus is on individual contribution and effective pipeline management. In this role, the sales executive will identify potential business clients, build and nurture a strong sales pipeline, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations. The position demands a proactive and organized approach to following up on leads, negotiating contract terms, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Candidates should have 2 years of sales or business development experience, be target-driven, and ready to travel within Karachi to meet clients. Previous experience selling software or technology solutions is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and build a comprehensive pipeline of potential business leads across Karachi through research and outreach activities.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, personalized emails, text messages, and social media platforms including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Arrange and participate in face-to-face meetings to present and demonstrate the software product effectively to potential clients.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to advance them through the sales funnel and convert opportunities into closed deals.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with prospective clients to reach agreements that align with company goals while delivering value to customers.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions, lead statuses, and sales progress in the companys CRM system.
  • Represent Sprout Technologies professionally across all communication channels, promoting a positive brand image.
  • Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Manage sales activities independently, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and customer support to optimize the sales process and customer experience.
