International Sales Agent-Freshers

Zyltech Digital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic International Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team on a fixed night shift schedule. This role involves engaging with international customers primarily through live chat, providing detailed product and service information, and driving sales to meet individual and team targets. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, solution-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Promote company offerings and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive and solution-focused approach.
- Work fixed night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with little to no prior experience in sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills, especially in written English, to effectively engage with international clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
