Position Summary

• Position Title: Tele Sales Officer
• Gender Preference: Male & Female (Both are encouraged to apply)
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant telesales/cold calling experience
• Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 2, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to prospective clients and qualify potential leads.
• Convert qualified leads into active customers.
• Meet and exceed allocated monthly sales targets (targets will be assigned after the 1st month of training/onboarding).
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide information about company products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM database.

Salary & Benefits

• Starting Salary: Minimum PKR 50,000 / month (negotiable based on relevant experience).
• Incentives: Uncapped commission / monthly performance bonuses based on sales performance.
