Head of Finance

Job Description

We are looking for the Head of Finance

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance department, providing guidance and support to the finance team.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls to support business growth.
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs, providing detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and resource allocation.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role
• .Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively.
• Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm
• Location: Korangi Karachi
• Mode: Onsite
