Lead Audit - Textile Industry

We are seeking an experienced Lead Audit with a strong background in the textile industry to drive the execution of the Master Audit Plan, ensuring effective audit operations, compliance, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in textile sector audits and will be responsible for overseeing audit planning, execution, reporting, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Implement Audit Plan – Design and execute the master audit plan to ensure timely administration and compliance, with a specific focus on the textile industry.
• Risk Assessment & Management – Conduct risk analysis, identify high-risk areas, and allocate audit resources effectively within textile operations.
• Audit Execution & Compliance – Lead audits as per approved checklists, best practices, and regulatory requirements, particularly in the textile sector.
• Report Review & Recommendations – Ensure accuracy, clarity, and actionability in audit reports for senior management, with a textile industry perspective.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Conduct progress meetings to address audit findings and devise action plans tailored to textile industry challenges.
• Internal Controls & Regulations – Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the textile sector.
• Team Leadership & Training – Provide guidance and train audit staff, enhancing their expertise in textile industry audits.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: CA (Part Qualified), ACCA/ACMA Qualified
• Experience: 3-5 years in internal audit, risk management, or compliance within the textile industry.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in textile sector audits.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, financial reporting, and risk assessment specific to textiles.
• Expertise in internal controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworks related to textile manufacturing and exports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
