About The Job

We’re looking for an energetic, dynamic, entrepreneurial Food Service Manager to drive growth and innovation across our Hyderabad Region. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to shine!

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

 

• Lead Food Service operations across HELT, HoReCa, B&I, and Industrial channels in Hyderabad
• Build strong relationships with distributors, chefs, and business partners
• Identify growth opportunities in Hot Kitchen and Bulk segments
• Coach and develop field teams including Business Development Managers, Direct Sales Reps, and Sales Chefs
• Design impactful training programs and manage distributor onboarding.
  
   

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

• BBA or MBA with 2–3 years’ experience in Food Service (preferred)
• Passion for food and a bold, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Creativity and drive to grow a purpose-led business
