Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk by welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Receive, and transfer incoming telephone calls professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier, and visitor records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate vehicle insurance documentation, renewals, and claim-related paperwork.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and internal departments for timely processing and follow-ups.
  • Maintain office files and support routine administrative tasks.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, and data entry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong listening skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
