Graphic Designer

NJV School Management Board is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for our school, projects, digital platforms, and communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Visual Identity: Develop logos, marketing collateral, color palettes, and visual guidelines that strengthen and maintain the organization’s brand identity.
• Design & Layout Creation: Translate creative briefs into engaging concepts, promotional materials, social media graphics, print layouts, presentations, and digital content.
• Production & Asset Delivery: Prepare high-quality, print-ready files and digital assets while ensuring technical accuracy, proper formatting, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, communications, and development teams to deliver cohesive and impactful creative campaigns within deadlines.
• Creative Development: Generate fresh and innovative design ideas aligned with organizational objectives, target audiences, and brand standards.
• Quality & Consistency: Ensure all visual materials maintain a consistent look, professional quality, and alignment with established brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
