Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and result-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on knowledge of Social Media Management, Monetization, and Ad Boosting to join our team.

Location: PECHS, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, social media posts, thumbnails, banners, and promotional content.
• Design creative content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and support Social Media Monetization activities.
• Have practical knowledge of Facebook/Meta and YouTube monetization.
• Plan, manage, and optimize social media ad boosting and paid promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Develop creative content according to current social media trends.
• Coordinate with the Content, Marketing, and Production teams.
• Ensure all designs and digital content maintain the organization’s brand identity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms and Digital Marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Social Media Monetization.
• Hands-on experience with Ad Boosting / Paid Social Media Campaigns.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and YouTube Studio will be preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in the Media / TV / Digital Media industry will be an advantage.
