Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to a diverse range of digital and offline media projects. The ideal candidate will be a motivated creative professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver innovative design solutions. This position requires hands-on experience in graphic design, excellent conceptual skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative elements such as web banners, logos, merchandise, and other visual assets.
- Develop web designs by creating concepts, graphics, and layouts, making informed decisions about fonts, images, readability, and audience needs.
- Create and edit video content to support marketing and communication initiatives.
- Apply high-end aesthetics and design concepts consistently across projects to ensure visual appeal.
- Illustrate concepts by designing samples that demonstrate art arrangement, size, type size, and style for approval.
- Prepare finished artwork using appropriate equipment and software.
- Coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, printers, and colleagues to ensure project success.
- Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
- Communicate progress and updates effectively with managers regarding layout and design.
- Produce a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using software such as Photoshop.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements to enhance design quality.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of onsite graphic design experience is mandatory.
- Strong graphic design skills supported by a robust portfolio.
- Proficiency in creating infographics, website banners, and patchwork designs.
- Expertise in desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A keen eye for visual composition and detail.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing principles, production processes, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, requiring in-person attendance. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary range for this role is Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month.
