Head of Internal Security

• Patrol the retail location to watch for theft or safety hazards.
• Monitor the flow of customers in and out of the store and ensure their safety.
• Manage access control measures by checking employee and visitor identification.
• Investigate and report incidents of theft or damage to the property or products.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and directing shoppers to desired products.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as management or loss prevention, to enhance the security of the store.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security procedures and policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with store employees, customers, and law enforcement officials.
