𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3–5 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

Supervise, schedule and train restaurant staff.

Maintain excellent customer service and handle complaints.

Monitor daily sales, cash/POS operations and targets.

Manage inventory, stock, food cost and wastage.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and timely service.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.

Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports.

Implement company SOPs and improve overall restaurant performance.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

3–5+ years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations.

Previous experience as Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager or Outlet Manager.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of POS, inventory and cost control.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
