Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Draft, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances of employees
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
