HR Internship (Sales Recruitment)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern – Sales Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team at Rex D. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, along with exposure to hiring strategies, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls
• Assist in interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers
• Participate in interviews alongside senior recruiters to gain practical exposure
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed), preferably in HR or Business Administration.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools is a plus
