Job Description

The HR Strategy and Organization Development Head at Agay Barho plays a critical role in designing and executing comprehensive human resource strategies that align with the companys overall business goals. This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, specifically focusing on strategic HR planning, organizational development, and change management. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to lead initiatives that reshape the organizational structure, drive talent growth, and support succession planning. Although this position does not include direct team management responsibilities, it demands strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. In addition to strategy development, this role requires proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation to monitor progress and create impactful reporting systems. The HR Strategy and Organization Development Head is also expected to foster a progressive workplace culture that embraces innovation, diversity, and inclusion. Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the companys business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Lead organizational redesign and restructuring efforts to optimize company performance and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Manage change management initiatives by developing communication plans and support structures to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Drive talent management processes including succession planning, leadership development programs, and employee growth strategies.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify organizational challenges and develop solutions that enhance workforce capability and engagement.
  • Promote a culture that values innovation, diversity, and inclusion by designing programs that encourage diverse talent and inclusive practices.
  • Plan and execute HR projects within budget and timeline constraints, ensuring impactful results and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational development best practices and remain current with HR trends to continuously improve company policies.
  • Establish robust reporting systems to track HR metrics and present insights to senior management for strategic planning purposes.
