Our client ARM Group of Companies is seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistants to join our dynamic team on a permanent, onsite basis in DHA, Karachi, Pakistan.


 

About the Role


 

The HR Assistants will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll processing, facilitating onboarding, and providing administrative support to the HR department.


 

Responsibilities


 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in electronic and physical formats, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the payroll processing function by collecting and verifying timesheets, calculating bonuses, advances, and allowances, and assisting in the preparation of monthly compensation.
  • Facilitate the employee onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department across various functions, including assisting with recruitment, talent acquisition, and basic employee relations inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and understood by employees.
  • Manage HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient utilization for record-keeping and recruitment tracking.
  • Support the HR Officer in undertaking tasks related to performance management and other HR initiatives as needed.


 

Qualifications


 

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, or Associate Degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.


 

Required Skills


 

  • Proficiency in HRIS management and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience with payroll processing and onboarding administration.
  • Strong record-keeping and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Experience in recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
