Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Karachi Division, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will assist with legal document preparation, support the drafting and submission of visa applications, and conduct research on immigration laws and policies. Additionally, you will provide guidance on immigration issues for clients and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You will work collaboratively with attorneys and clients to deliver efficient and effective legal support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Immigration Law, Visas, and Immigration Issues
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation and Immigration Procedures
• Strong understanding of Law and related legal processes
• Excellent research, organisational, and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and case management systems is a plus
• Previous experience in immigration or legal services is an advantage
• Round peg in square hole
