Indenting Executive / Supply Chain

As an Indenting Executive / Supply Chain specialist at Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, you will lead a small team of two persons, directing their activities to optimize supply chain efficiency and reliability. You are expected to prepare purchase indents meticulously, guarantee timely approvals, maintain accurate purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation and reporting. Your responsibility extends to monitoring inventory levels closely, coordinating with warehouse, accounts, and operations teams to maintain stock accuracy, and building strong relationships with all stakeholders to assure the uninterrupted flow of materials and services. Your role supports the companys commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management and procurement practices.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage the entire supply chain process including indent preparation, procurement, and timely delivery to meet organizational needs.
• Prepare and raise purchase indents, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and receive timely approval from concerned authorities.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and multiple internal teams including warehouse, accounts, and operations for smooth and accurate procurement processes.
• Maintain and update purchase orders, ensuring all records are accurate and reflect current procurement status and quantity balances.
• Monitor inventory levels periodically to prevent stock shortages or overstocking while maintaining accurate records of stock movement and order history.
• Lead and supervise a team of two supply chain personnel, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Generate and prepare detailed procurement and supply chain reports to support management decisions and enhance operational transparency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain operations to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices relevant to procurement and supply chain activities.
• Assist in resolving supply chain issues promptly by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective measures to minimize operational disruptions.
