Injection Molding Operator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for an Injection Molding Operator. The role involves operating injection molding machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality. The Injection Molding Operator will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, addressing any machine issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires close attention to detail, effective time management, and collaboration with the production team to meet operational targets.

• Expertise in Machine Operation and Injection Molding techniques
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices and ability to ensure adherence to standards
• Experience with Injections and related production processes
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance to identify and address potential machine issues
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and operational protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
• Prior experience in manufacturing or injection molding facilities is preferred
• High school diploma or similar education is required.
