Ultimate Konnect is a Karachi-based company providing specialized lead generation and sales support services for Australian businesses. We are expanding our team and looking for driven, results-oriented individuals to support a growing Australian solar energy campaign.

Role Overview

As an International Solar Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in Australia, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for the solar sales team. This is a target-driven role that rewards performance and offers strong growth potential within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective Australian customers to generate interest in solar energy products and services
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system
• Follow up with potential leads to maximize conversion rates
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Communicate professionally and confidently in fluent English at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales
• Fluent in English — excellent spoken and written communication is a must
• Prior experience working on Australian, UK, or US campaigns is a strong advantage
• Experience in the solar, energy, or utilities sector is a plus
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections
• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office
• Able to work morning shift hours (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PKT)
