Inventory & Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Warehouse Associate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to oversee inventory operations and warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring efficient inventory control, while supporting smooth warehouse functions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks independently are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
- Record and update inventory transactions in the ERP or relevant system.
- Coordinate inward and outward movement of stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and warehouse records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and other departments to address inventory needs.
- Prepare detailed inventory and warehouse reports for management review.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with inventory or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Working Conditions and Compensation
This position requires working in person with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, operating on rotational shifts. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs 50,000 to Rs 65,000.
