Asianet Pakistan is seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential clients.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business leads.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and business development activities in the company's tracking system.
• Regularly update tracking sheets and ensure all business development data is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful execution of client requirements.
• Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA or an equivalent Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
