Junior HR Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and other human resource operations. Your contributions will ensure the smooth functioning of HR activities within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure effective recruitment strategies
• Post job openings across various platforms and job portals
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and ensure timely placement
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation
• Support HR initiatives such as training programs, employee welfare, and other HR projects
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee queries and concerns

Requirements:

• 6 months experience in HR or recruitment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and HR software/tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
