Eza Consultancy is looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing UK Healthcare Recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment who is looking to build a career in the UK healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Graduate)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Previous experience in Recruitment or Human Resources is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work rota-based shifts, including Out of Hours (OOH) support when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment systems

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), Support Workers, and Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) across the UK.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess their suitability for healthcare roles.
• Verify candidate compliance, including Right to Work, DBS, mandatory training, and professional registration where applicable.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure all compliance requirements are completed before placement.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to successful placement and ongoing engagement.
• Provide Out of Hours (OOH) support by handling urgent staffing requests, coordinating last-minute shift bookings, and responding promptly to client and candidate queries during assigned rota shifts.
