This role involves applying expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. With a focus on domain knowledge, no prior experience in AI is required, making this a unique opportunity for experts to contribute to AI development. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of linear at the user level to support AI training initiatives, providing structured feedback to enhance AI learning.

• Test and evaluate linear workflows and features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to share insights and identify workflow improvements.

• Document and communicate process details clearly, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analyze user behaviors and usage patterns within linear to support AI system improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and identify workflow improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of linear at the user level, with experience in testing and evaluating linear workflows and features.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
