We’re looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. No previous experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support from our Head of Property Management and senior leadership team.

In this role, you’ll coordinate communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.


 

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role (9am-5pm) GMT. The Maintenance Manager will oversee property maintenance operations, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and manage repair and equipment servicing. They will supervise maintenance staff and handymen, Duties also include monitoring internal maintenance contractors budgets & profit/loss, coordinating contractors, and landlord/tenant communications regarding the maintenance issues.


 

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. No previous experience is required — however if you have any knowledge or education/experience in property building, building surveying/ property management, this will be preferred. We provide full training and ongoing support from our Head of Property Management and senior leadership team.


 

In this role, you’ll coordinate communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Competent in Microsoft Excel + basic understanding of accounts
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance/ building knowledge
  • Must have fluent English
  • Fast and reliable Wi‑Fi + a suitable laptop/phone
  • BSC degree or equivalent
