Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Investor Account Services division. As the Manager / Sr. Manager Investor Account Services, you will oversee the operations of Investor Account Services, including IPS and RDA activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization and exceptional customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
 

  •  
    • Operational Leadership: Manage the overall operations of Investor Account Services, including IPS and RDA activities.
    • Resource Optimization: Ensure efficient utilization of staff and resources to control expenses across IAS, IPS, and RDA operations.
    • Product Development: Collaborate in the development, preparation, and implementation of new products.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance IAS, RDA, and IPS processes, aligning with banking standards and best practices to deliver efficient services.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high customer satisfaction by providing quality services and minimizing complaints.
    • Investor Facilitation: Identify opportunities to facilitate investors in day-to-day operations and implement improvements accordingly.
    • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
    • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient processing of all IAS, IPS, and RDA-related transactions and activities.
    • Staff Development: Provide on-the-job training, grooming, and rotation of staff.
    • Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans.
    • Performance Management: Oversee performance and talent management.
    • Additional Assignments: Undertake other tasks as assigned by the COO or management.

 

Professional Qualifications:

CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA

 

Experience:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in investor account services or related fields
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of IPS and RDA processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
