Outreach Manager (Commission-based)

About the job

I’m looking for one outreach / growth partner to own distribution from day one.

This is not a marketing role. It’s a relationship and revenue role.

You would:

• Talk to founders and decision-makers daily

• Source and close engagements

• Build partnerships

• Assessing real market feedback

You would not:

• Run ads or content for vanity metrics

This role is for someone who:

• Is already comfortable selling high-trust services

• Understands founders and businesses

• Can operate independently without scripts or hand-holding

Compensation is performance-based: high commission on revenue you directly bring in. No fixed salary, no fluff.

I handle strategy, risk, and structure. Delivery is handled by a dedicated finance builder. You focus purely on outreach and closing.
