Are you passionate about news, digital storytelling, and YouTube growth? Aaj TV is looking for a YouTube Executive (News) to manage and scale our news content on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage daily news content on YouTube

• Write compelling headlines, descriptions & thumbnails for news videos

• Optimize videos using YouTube SEO (keywords, tags, trends)

• Monitor analytics (views, CTR, retention) and improve performance

• Ensure breaking news is published quickly and accurately

• Coordinate with newsroom, anchors & production teams

Requirements:

• Experience in news media or YouTube channel management

• Strong understanding of current affairs & digital news trends

• Knowledge of YouTube Studio, analytics & SEO tools

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced newsroom

• Creative + fast decision-making skills
