We are currently in a growth stage, building strong marketing foundations and looking for a motivated Marketing Manager who can grow with us long-term.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong GoHighLevel experience who can fully manage our digital marketing ecosystem — from automation and funnels to campaigns and LinkedIn ads.

This is a remote, full-time role, ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and excited to build systems rather than just follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, automations, workflows)
• Build and manage lead generation funnels for UK-based clients
• Set up and manage marketing automation (email, SMS, follow-ups)
• Create, launch, and optimize campaigns inside GoHighLevel
• Manage and run LinkedIn Ads using GoHighLevel integrations
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
• Improve lead quality and booking rates
• Collaborate closely with leadership to improve marketing strategy
• Continuously test, improve, and scale campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (must-have)
• Proven ability to manage automation, funnels, and campaigns
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads (B2B lead generation preferred)
• Understanding of or willingness to learn the UK market
• Experience in AI, Tech, HealthTech, or FinTech niches (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Good English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• CRM optimization and reporting experience
