PROPERTY EXPRESS is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager with at least one year of experience to design, implement, and manage effective social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in content strategy, social media advertising, and brand management, with a particular focus on leveraging platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to drive targeted campaigns. This role involves creating brand-aligned content, managing social media advertising campaigns, and optimizing ad performance to maximize reach and impact. The candidate must have hands-on experience in posting and boosting ads on Facebook and Instagram to ensure the companys marketing objectives are met effectively. The Social Media Manager will work independently without managing a team, focusing on maintaining a consistent brand voice across various social channels while developing strategies that support PROPERTY EXPRESSs overall marketing goals. The role requires staying up to date with the latest social media trends, analyzing campaign metrics, and adjusting tactics accordingly to enhance audience engagement and growth. Collaboration with other marketing personnel and stakeholders is key to align social media efforts with broader company initiatives and drive successful brand strategy development.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with PROPERTY EXPRESSs brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Post and boost ads on Facebook and Instagram with precision targeting to maximize audience reach and campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and campaign results, providing clear reports to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Continuously research and apply the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign success and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social media efforts into broader brand strategy and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and increase brand loyalty by maintaining a strong and relevant online presence.
  • Manage social media calendars and coordinate with content creators to ensure timely and appropriate content delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to social media platforms and advertising accounts promptly to minimize downtime or disruptions.
